Dominique Johnson ran for 107 yards on 17 carries and 2 touchdowns including the game winner as well as a 2 point conversion run to put the Hogs ahead for good 31-28 over 17th ranked Mississippi State.
Mississippi State kicker Nolan McCord missed a 41 yard field goal attempt as time expired that would have sent the game into overtime. The Bulldogs missed 3 field goals on the day.
The Hogs are now bowl eligible under non-Covid conditions for the first time since the 2016 season.
Next up for Arkansas is a road trip to LSU next Saturday. That game will be televised on ESPN at 6:30 PM.
